Engaging in the study of our personal and community dharma, these evening sessions will include silent meditation, group discussion, and teachings from Sarahjoy on the contemporary application of timeless philosophies for living an awakened life, drawing from the teachings of the dharma, of yoga, meditation, ayurveda, counseling and group dynamics. Evenings will also include group sharing, relevant exercises, reading suggestions and simple home exploration suggestions. Our reading list will be broad – from Yoga Philosophy to life philosophy to authors on social justice, the power of projection and the path of the spiritual warrior (see below for a list of potential titles).
