preparing for class

Please be on time. Do not wear perfume or heavy jewelry.
Alert the teacher of any prior or current injuries.
Please come with an empty stomach, and an open mind. Shorts & footless leggings are appropriate, as are t-shirts. Please do not wear sweat pants; it limits our ability to help with alignment of hips, knees and ankles.
We provide mats, blocks, straps, and blankets. We do, however, strongly suggest that students either bring or purchase their own mats (available in the lobby).
