Based on the work of Dr. Marshall
Rosenberg, Compassionate or Nonviolent communication (NVC) fosters
a consciousness of respect, understanding and compassion, empowering
individuals to authentically connect with themselves and others.
This quality of connection ensures everyone’s needs are
equally valued. Learning NVC has often been equated to learning
a new language, or a new consciousness with the language we use.
This series provides a solid foundation from which we can practically
apply this powerful language in our daily lives. We will learn
to translate our judgments and evaluations of self and others
into a connecting language of feelings and needs.
When we change our language…we change our thinking,
our relationships and our experience. |
